メールだとその人が書いた文章というのは、実際のところ確かかどうかはわからない。(実際は信用するしかないが…。)現在でもメールというのは署名さえ入れてあれば本人だと信用してしまう人がほとんどだろう。携帯電話のメールしかり。携帯電話の声の持ち主と、出た人が違って焦った事が何度かある。大事なことなどは、メールを送った後に、電話で必ず確認をするようにはしている。メールリテラシーの話になってしまった…。
文字の発達により、人は大切な情報をいつからか文字でも信用するようになった。ことコミュニケーションに限って、私は個人的に、文字情報より音声情報、音声情報より実際に会うことのほうが信用できる。信用というよりも、実際に会うことが一番情報量が多く、五感を通して物事をしっかり判断できるからだと思う。
人は声を聞くと安心すると思うが、「痛いの痛いの飛んでいけ！」とやる痛部を摩る行為は、他の刺激を与えることにより、実際は何も変わっていないのだが、本当に痛みが和らいだような感覚になる。そういえば最近、crocsが人気のようだ。

The VoicengerTM (Voice Messenger) service allows cellular and wire-line subscribers to send & receive instant voice messages in a very simple and intuitive way.
The message is created by dialing a prefix before target number. The server answers the call, records the message and while recording, the server calls the target user.
Each recipient chooses whether to immediately accept the message (simply by pressing "send"). If the recipient has not accepted the call, he or she has the option of pulling the stored message at any time by dialing the number that appears within the "missed calls" menu.
