Asocstech は 2003 年に設立された、fabless の半導体会社。CEO の Gilad Garon 氏は CommonSence 社のスピンオフ企業として知られる　WAP ( Wireless Applications Protocol ) 会社の Watapa 社と、OTM Technologies社での経歴を持つ。OMT とは Optical Translation Measurement の略でドップラー効果を利用し独自のセンサーを編み出し、Bluetooth を搭載した Vpen を開発している会社だ。詳しくは、OTM 社の紹介で紹介する予定。この会社もイスラエル。Scan Pen のWizcom 社でも経歴がある。
